NÜ Car Rental Mexico accepts prepaid rentals only when a reservation has been made in advance.
Only prepaid reservations made at least 48 hours before the rental can be guaranteed.
To honor the prepayment, the customer name on the reservation must match the cardholder name on the credit card presented at the location when the rental agreement is opened.
Payment is processed by an external provider (PayPal).
We strongly recommend checking that all prepaid reservation details are correct. COUNTRY, CITY, LOCATION, DATES, TIMES AND ITEMS are essential. Prepayment guarantees only the items purchased. Any additional service requested at the rental location must be paid separately.
Reservations may be modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental.
Any modification will require cancellation of the prepaid reservation and creation of a new reservation, which may have a different total. If the new amount is higher, the difference must be paid. If it is lower, the difference, less the applicable administrative fee, will be refunded within a maximum of 15 business days.
All modifications are subject to vehicle, service and accessory availability. Our representatives will confirm whether the requested changes can be made.

Any remaining balance will be refunded less the applicable administrative fee. When a credit balance refund applies, NÜ Car Rental Mexico will process it to the customer's credit card within an average of 15 business days. The date on which it appears on the customer's statement depends on the processing times of the receiving bank.
For a prepayment to be honored, the person named on the reservation must meet the rental requirements stated in NÜ Car Rental's general terms and conditions.
